Combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy; systemic chemotherapy and systemic immunotherapy and the way of using them before and after operation; variants of using modificators and synchronizers during before-operation period. Types of operations including sphincteropreservation in different types of localization of tumor. The problems of rehabilitation after operations on rectum.
